Application Timeline

1. Step 1 Online Application starts on 1/22 at 8:00 PM for current 4th graders (Specific dates for each grade found here). Online applications will open at different times depending on each camper-applicant’s grade level. Please follow the dates for  grade level.
2. Fill out the requested camper general information online by following the application instructions.
3. At the end of the application, please print out the confirmation page (last page). Please save the page or write down the confirmation number as a record to include in your mailed application form.
4. Wait for email acceptance of Step 1 from cylcdfw@gmail.com to confirm whether or not the applicant’s submitted application was accepted by CYLC, depending on the availability of camper spots for the applicant’s grade level.
5. If accepted, complete and mail the following (postmarked on or before 2/9/2024):
   • Application Form (part of the Acceptance Package-Step 2)
   • Health Insurance Copy
   • Medical Release Form/Activity Permission Slip/Camp Rules Form
   • Signed and completed TAMU 3 waiver forms
   • Submit Camp Fee of $710.00 by Check payable to CYLC
     • $50 registration fee is non-refundable
     • Refund with $50 deduction before 3/31/2024
     • No refund after 4/1/2024
     • Camp fee is non-transferrable and does not rollover to following years 
6. Mail all above to: CYLC, P.O. Box 868156, Plano, TX 75086
