As a camper it was really fun, just good time, but as a counselor, I took leadership role and made sure the kids enjoyed it and left behind good memories.
It’s great experience. And I enjoy coming to camp because it helped me became a better leader and prepared me for the future.
It’s fun, and I like to be with people (campers, teachers, and Cs/ACs). The camp introduced me to new environment; it’s not every day that you get to stay away from home.
I like this camp; I believe in its goals and aspirations to further the leadership capabilities of youth. It’s made me more expressive and it has opened me up. Before I went to camp, I wouldn’t be able to communicate well with strangers, or even with my own peers.
I see all my friends, make new friends – effect campers in effective ways, and see them grow.
I love to share my experiences (in high school) with the campers, and have a good time.
The sense of accomplishment that I feel at the end of the week and knowing that we got through it successfully
It gave me a chance to meet all different types of people, and deal with various situations. I also made many, many great friends that I would’ve never met otherwise.
